As President-Canada for Demers Braun Ambulance Manufacturing Inc., Hoffrogge is responsible of the operations of Crestline Coach in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Demers Ambulance in Beloeil Quebec. Hoffrogge oversees significant operations, producing industry-leading emergency specialty vehicles. His leadership has been instrumental in integrating operations and achieving remarkable revenue and profitability growth.
With an executive career spanning over 20 years, Hoffrogge has demonstrated his ability to stabilize, restructure, and grow organizations. His educational background includes an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University.
In addition to his executive roles, Hoffrogge is actively involved in various boards and committees, contributing to the broader industry and community. His participation in Canadian Manufactures and Exporters and his past role as School Council Chairman reflect his commitment to professional and community development.
